Policy for Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
Take a smartphone video as the product is being unboxed. If there is an issue with the product, this will be your proof. After that, return the item.
Your video recording of the product's unboxing may be needed as proof if the seller declines to accept returns or says the item is fine. Returns without an unpacking video will not be accepted.
If it turns out that the product is defective, 100% returns are accepted. Following that, either a product replacement or a refund will be accepted.
You have to save the guarantee/warranty card for any products that come with one. During the guarantee/warranty period, the guarantee/warranty will be valid under the stipulated conditions.
